Once your form is submitted, a member of our intake team will contact you within 1–2 business days to review details and begin the onboarding process.

Do I need a formal diagnosis before referring my child?
Yes. A qualifying diagnosis is required in order to begin ABA services through insurance. Oak Soul ABA Therapy does not provide diagnostic evaluations.
If you already have a diagnosis, our team can assist with benefits verification, authorization, and onboarding to help you get started as smoothly as possible.
How soon can therapy begin after a referral?
Start times vary based on assessment completion and therapist availability, but we aim to begin services as soon as possible once intake is complete.
What happens after I submit a referral?
